Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE
Article 22.--PROBATE PROCEDURE

      59-2226.   Will presented after probate of will.If, after a will has been admitted to probate, a later instrument inwriting purporting to be the last will or codicil shall be presented,proceedings shall be had for the probate thereof, but notice of the hearingthereof shall be given to the devisees and legatees named in the willadmitted to probate in addition to the heirs, and the devisees and legateesnamed in the will or codicil presented for probate. If the court admits thelater will or codicil to probate, the order so admitting such will orcodicil shall operate as a revocation of the order admitting the earlierwill to probate so far as is necessary to give effect to the later will orcodicil.
