      59-2243.   Notice of sale at public auction.In all sales at public auction, thepersonal representative shall givenotice containing a description of the property to be sold, and stating thetime, terms and place of sale, by publication oncenot less than 10 days before the date of sale in somenewspaper, authorized to publish legal notices, of the county where thesale is to be held.
