Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 22.--PROBATE PROCEDURE

      59-2256.   Effect of court approval.The approval by the court of a trustee's account after due notice orrepresentation as provided in this act, shall relieve the trustee and the trustee'ssureties from liability to all beneficiaries then known and in being, orwho thereafter become known or in being, for all the trustee's acts andomissions which are fully and accurately described in the account,including the then investment of trust funds.
