      59-2302.   Lease for three years or less.A petition for the lease of the real estate of a decedent, or of aconservatee, for a term of three years or less may be heard with orwithout notice. The court may direct the personal representative to execute thelease whenever it appears to be for the best interests of the estate or thepersons interested in the real estate.
