      59-2320.   Same; assignment of proceeds from lease for certain purposes. In its order authorizing the conservator to join with the competentspouse in executing an oil, gas or other mineral lease as provided in theact, the court may, in any proper case, authorize such conservator to jointhe competent spouse in the execution and delivery of an assignment of theproceeds of such lease to the owner and holder of any mortgage lien uponthe homestead, as additional security for the payment of such mortgagelien, and for the application of such proceeds to the payment of themortgage debt.
