Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 23.--PROCEEDINGS FOR SALE, LEASE AND MORTGAGE OF REALTY

      59-2321.   Same; distribution of net proceeds of lease; revocation or modification.The district court authorizing any such lease by order shall direct thedivision of the net proceeds of such lease between the competent spouse andthe conservator in such proportions as may be proper, equitable and just,having due regard for the time and manner of acquiring the homestead. Anyunpaid or undistributed proceeds at the death of either spouse shall beconsidered as property of the owner of the homestead and payable to such owner.Within the limits above prescribed such order for payment or distributionmay for good cause shown, upon due notice and hearing, be revoked ormodified from time to time as justice and interest of the parties mayrequire.
