Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 24.--APPEALS AND TRANSFERS

      59-2402b.   Same; assignment of case or specificissue.Upon the filing of such request the chief judge mayassign thecase in its entirety to a district judge or only fora determination of the specific issues raised. If thechief judgeassigns only for determination of specific issues, the case may be reassignedto the district magistrate judge. The determination of issues shall beas on appeal as provided in K.S.A. 59-2408 and amendments thereto.
