      59-2603.   Application and effect of 1972 amendments.The rules of procedure herein prescribed shall govern all probateproceedings commenced after they take effect and also all further procedurein probate proceedings then pending, except to the extent that in theopinion of the court their application in a particular proceeding when theywould take effect would not be feasible or would work injustice, in whichevent the former procedure applies. Nothing in this act [*] shall affectany limitations of time applicable to the estate of any decedent who diedprior to the effective date of this act.
