Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 28.--SPECIAL PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES

      59-2805.   Same; records.The court may, for the purpose of this act, direct the director of thecounty department of social welfare to maintain records pertaining to allaspects of any personal representative proceeding, which the court mayadopt as the court's record and in lieu of the maintenance of separaterecords by the court.
