      59-29a17.   Same; court records; sealed and opened by court order.Anypsychological reports, drug and alcohol reports, treatment records, reports ofthe diagnostic center, medical records or victim impact statementswhichhave been submitted to the court or admitted into evidence under this actshall be part of the record but shall be sealed and openedonly on order of the courtor as provided in K.S.A. 59-29a01 et seq.and amendments thereto.The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to theprovisions of K.S.A. 59-29a01 through 59-29a15 and amendments thereto.
