      59-29b47.   Computation of time.In computing the date upon or by which any act must be done orhearing held by under provisions of this article, the day on which an act orevent occurred and from which a designated period of time is to be calculatedshall not be included, but the last day in a designated period of time shall beincluded unless that day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, in whichcase the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday shall beconsidered to be the last day.
