      59-29b52.   Petition for involuntary commitment of avoluntary patient.The head of a treatment facility or other person may file apetition pursuant to K.S.A. 59-29b57 and amendments thereto seekinginvoluntary commitment of a voluntary patient who now lackscapacity to make an informed decision concerning treatment and whois refusing reasonable treatment efforts or has requesteddischarge from the treatment facility.
