Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 29b.--CARE AND TREATMENT FOR PERSONS WITH AN ALCOHOL OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM

      59-29b80.   Civil and criminal liability.Any person acting in good faith and without negligence shallbefree from all liability, civil or criminal, which might arise outof acting pursuant to this act. Any person who for a corruptconsideration or advantage, or through malice, shall make or joinin making or advise the making of any false petition, report ororder provided for in this act shall be guilty of a class Amisdemeanor.
