      59-3303.   Notice of hearing.Notice of hearing in all proceedings commenced pursuant tothis act in which title to real estate is to be assigned by the court shallbe given pursuant to K.S.A. 59-2209 and amendments thereto.In all other cases, notice shall be given or waived as provided in K.S.A.59-2208 and amendments thereto. A copy of the petition, including allattachments shall accompany every notice of hearing mailed in everyproceeding under this act, and proof of service shall be made pursuant toK.S.A. 59-2211 and amendments thereto.
