      59-3508.   Motor vehicles; transfer-on-death.A motor vehicle, as defined by subsection (b) ofK.S.A. 8-126, and amendments thereto, may be titled in transfer-on-death, TOD,form by includingin the certificate of title a designation of a beneficiary or beneficiaries towhom the motor vehicle shall be transferred on death of the owner or thelast survivor of the joint tenant with right of survivorship owners, subject tothe rights of all lien holders.
