      59-622.   Validation of foreign wills filed prior to July 1, 1939.Any foreign will filed of record in any county of this state prior toJuly 1, 1939, is hereby declared to satisfy the legal requirements forfiling of a foreign will, even if such filing did not, in the firstinstance, meet specific statutory requirements for the filing of such awill.
