Article 7.--LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND OF ADMINISTRATION

      59-707.   Effect of will on administration.If, after the appointment of an administrator, a will is admitted toprobate, the powers of such administrator shall cease, and he or she shall proceedto final accounting. The new executor or administrator with the willannexed shall continue the administration.
