Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 7.--LETTERS TESTAMENTARY AND OF ADMINISTRATION

      59-708.   Administrator de bonis non.If the authority of the sole or surviving executor or administratorterminates before the estate is fully administered, a new administratorshall be appointed to administer the estate not already administered. Suchsuccessor shall have the same powers and duties as his or her predecessor.
