      59-810.   Same; acting in fiduciary capacity by foreign corporation.Nothing in this act authorizes any "foreign corporation," as that termis defined in K.S.A. 59-1701, to act in any fiduciary capacity except assuch foreign corporation is expressly permitted so to act by the provisionsof K.S.A. 59-1701.
