Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 8.--ESTATES OF NONRESIDENTS

      59-811.   Same; severability.If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, subsection or sectionof this act be adjudged unconstitutional or void, such adjudication shallnot affect the remainder of this act, and it is hereby declared to be theintention of the legislature that it would have enacted the remainder ofthis act with such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, subsection orsection omitted.
