60-1716. Uniformity of interpretation.This act shall be so interpreted and construed as toeffectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states whichenact similar provisions of the uniform declaratory judgments act, and toharmonize, as far as possible, with federal laws andregulations on the subject of declaratory judgments and decrees.
