Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 2.--RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

      60-248a.   Application of 1978 amendments to 60-248.The amendments effected in K.S.A. 60-248 by section 1 ofthis act shall not apply to any civil action commenced prior to the effectivedate of this act, and in all such actions, the provisions of K.S.A. 60-248which were in effect on the date immediately preceding the effective dateof this act shall govern.
