Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 24.--EXECUTIONS AND ORDERS OF SALE

      60-2402.   Multiple executions.Subject to any rights, liens, or preferences existing by lawindependently of the levy of an execution, when two (2) or more generalexecutions are levied against property of the same judgment debtor, theirpriorities and all questions pertaining thereto shall be determined in thesame manner as is provided for conflicting claims and multiple attachmentorders in K.S.A. 60-713.
