Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 24.--EXECUTIONS AND ORDERS OF SALE

      60-2411.   Printer's fees advanced.The officer who levies upon personal property, or lands and tenements,or who is charged with the duty of selling the same, by virtue of any writof execution, may refuse to publish a notice of the sale thereof byadvertisement in a newspaper until the party for whose benefit suchexecution issued, his or her agent or attorney, shall advance to such officer, ondemand, so much money as will be sufficient to discharge the fees of theprinter for publishing such notice.
