Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 26.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      60-2608.   Effect on pending actions.As to any actions or proceedings commenced prior thereto, the proceduresprescribed by this chapter shall apply except that the court in which thesame are pending may by order prescribe that an action or proceeding maycontinue in whole or in part in the manner prescribed by prior law if suchprior law would expedite the just and efficient disposition of theparticular action or proceeding.
