60-301. Summons; issuance.Upon the filing of the petition the clerk shall forthwith issue asummons for serviceupon each defendant in accordance with K.S.A. 60-303, and amendments thereto.Uponthe written request of the plaintiff separateor additional summonses shall issue for any defendant.
