Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 31a.--PROTECTION FROM STALKING ACT

      60-31a01.   Citation and construction of act.(a) K.S.A. 60-31a01 through 60-31a09, and amendmentsthereto,shall be known and may be cited as the protection from stalking act.

      (b)   This act shall be liberally construed to protectvictims of stalking and to facilitate access to judicialprotection for stalking victims, whether represented by counsel or proceedingspro se.
