      60-3323.   Award of attorney fees, when.If (i) a claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith, (ii) a motion toterminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith, or (iii) willfuland malicious misappropriation exists, the court may award reasonable attorney'sfees to the prevailing party.
