Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 33.--ACTIONS RELATING TO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY

      60-3326.   Application of act.(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this act displacesconflicting tort, restitutionary and other law ofthis state providing civil remediesfor misappropriation of a trade secret.

      (b)   This act does not affect:

      (1)   Contractualremedies, whether or not based uponmisappropriation of a trade secret;

      (2)   other civil remedies that are not basedupon misappropriation of a trade secret; or

      (3)   criminal remedies, whether or not based upon misappropriation ofa trade secret.
