Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 38.--COLLATERAL SOURCE BENEFITS

      60-3804.   Same; determining damages.In determining damages in an action for personal injury ordeath,the trier of fact shall determine the net collateral source benefitsreceived and the net collateral source benefits reasonably expected to bereceived in the future. If the action for personal injury or death is triedto a jury, the jury will be instructed to make such determination byitemization of the verdict.
