Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 38.--COLLATERAL SOURCE BENEFITS

      60-3806.   Severability.If any provision or clause of this act or application thereofto any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of the act which can be giveneffect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this act are declared to be severable.
