      60-4121.   Summary forfeiture of controlled substances.Controlled substances which are contraband and any controlledsubstance whose owners are unknown are summarily forfeited to thestate. The court may include in any judgment under this act anorder forfeiting any controlled substance involved in the offenseto the extent of the defendant's interest.
