Article 41.--ASSET SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE

      60-4125.   Severability clause.If any provision of this actor the application thereof to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions orapplications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
