60-4703
60-4703. Application of act.(a) Nothing in this act shall apply to actions arising out ofclaimsforpersonal injury ordeath or where the defect or damage to the dwelling is so substantial that itis not habitable.
(b) This act shall not supersede express warranty, implied warranty orother provisionsof a contract between the contractor and the claimant.
