      60-4909.   Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance isheld invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applicationsof the act which can be given effect without the invalid provision orapplication, and to this end the provisions of thisact are severable.
