Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 5.--LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS

      60-504.   Execution sale.No action shall be maintained for the recovery of real property, by theexecution debtor, his or her heirs, or any person claiming under him or her bytitle acquired after the date of judgment, after five (5) years from the dateof the recording of the deed made in pursuance of the sale.
