Article 5.--LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS

      60-505.   Sales by executors, administrators or conservators.No action shall be maintained for recovery of real property sold byexecutors, administrators or conservators, upon an order or judgment of acourt directing such sale, brought by the heirs or devisees of the deceasedperson, or the conservatee or his or her conservator, or any person claimingunder any or either of them by after acquired title, after five (5) years fromthe date of the recording of the deed made in pursuance of the sale.
