60-522. Limitations on actions brought by or on behalf of the Kansaspublic employees retirement system; retroactive application.(a) Notwithstanding any other limitations contained in article 5 of chapter 60of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, any civil action brought by, or on behalf of,the Kansas public employees retirement system shall be brought within 10 yearsof the time in which such cause of action shall have accrued.
(b) The provisions of this section shall be part of and supplemental to theprovisions of article 5 of chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
(c) The limitations set forth in subsection (a) are to be construed andapplied retroactively.
