Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 7.--ATTACHMENT AND GARNISHMENT

      60-702.   Attachments on demands not due.Subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 60-703 an action may be commencedon a demand not yet due and an attachment may issue upon a bond being givenin any of the cases mentioned in K.S.A. 60-701, but no judgment shall berendered against the defendant until maturity of the demand.
