      60-722.   Bond of defendant for payment of judgment.The defendant may at any time after the proceeding is commenced file with theclerk of the court a bond, to be approved by the judge of the district court,in double the amount of the claim or such lesser amount as shall be approved byorder of the judge to the effect that the defendant will pay to the plaintiffon demand the amount of the judgment and costs that may be assessed againstsuch defendant, and thereupon, the garnishee shall be discharged and any moneyor property paid or delivered to any officer shall be delivered to the personentitled thereto.
