61-3002. Same; time for appearance; form.(a) Thesummons shall be issued by the clerk and dated the day it isissued. Thesummons shall state the time when the law requires the defendant to appear orfile an answerin response to the petition, and shall notify such defendant that in case ofsuch defendant'sfailure to appear or file an answer, judgment by default will be renderedagainst suchdefendant for the relief demanded in the petition.
(b) The time stated in the summons requiring the defendant to appear inresponse to thepetition shall be determined by the court. Such time shall be not less than 11nor more than50 days after the date the summons is issued.
