Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS
Article 31.--DISCOVERY

      61-3103.   Interrogatories.(a) Anyparty may submit to any other party up to 10interrogatories. Theparty receiving the interrogatories shall submit answers or objections, if any,to the partysubmitting the same within 15 days after the interrogatories are submitted tothereceiving party.On motion, the court may allow a longer time to answer or may permit a greaternumber ofinterrogatories to be submitted.

      (b)   The provisions of K.S.A. 60-233, and amendments thereto, shall beapplicable to interrogatories pursuant to thissection, except that the provisions of this section relating to the time wheninterrogatories areto be answered shall be applicable. The general discovery provisions ofsubsections (b), (c) and(e) of K.S.A. 60-226, and amendments thereto, and the sanction provisions ofK.S.A. 60-237, and amendments thereto, as such sections relate tointerrogatories, shall be applicable to interrogatories pursuant to thissection.
