Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS Article 31.--DISCOVERY

      61-3104.   Subpoenas.Subpoenasmay be issued by the clerk of the district court under the seal ofsuch court or by the judge to compel the attendance of witnesses or for theproduction of documentary evidence in the manner provided in K.S.A. 60-245, andK.S.A. 60-245a, andamendments thereto. Subpoenas shall be served in accordance withK.S.A. 61-3001 through 61-3006, and amendments thereto,and shall be accompanied by the fees for one day's attendance and the mileageallowed by law.
