      61-3407.   Change of venue.Inall cases pursuant to the provisions ofthe code of civil procedure for limited actions in which it shall bemade to appear that a fair and impartial trial cannot be had in the countywhere the suit is pending, for reasons other than the disqualification of thejudge, the court, uponapplication of either party, may change the place of trial to the districtcourt of some county wherethe objection does not exist.
