Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS Article 35.--ATTACHMENT AND GARNISHMENT

      61-3501.   Attachment.Theprovisions of article 7 of chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, andamendments thereto, relating toattachment shall governattachment proceedings for actions pursuant to the code of civil procedure forlimited actions, except theprovisions of K.S.A.60-711, and amendments thereto, relating to the appointment of a receiver,and the provisions ofarticle 7 of chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated relating to theattachment of real property,shall not beapplicable in lawsuits filedunder the code of civil procedure for limited actions.
