      61-3503.   When garnishment available beforejudgment.Anorder of garnishment beforejudgmentmay be obtained only upon order of a judge of the district court pursuant tothe procedure toobtain an order of attachment. No order of garnishment may be obtained beforejudgmentwhere the property sought to be attached is wages earned by the person beinggarnished.
