61-3509
61-3509. Answer of garnishee; other thanearnings.Thissection shall apply if thegarnishment isto attach intangible property other than earnings of the judgment debtor.
Within 10 days after service upon a garnishee of an order of garnishmentthe garnisheeshall complete the answer in accordance with the instructions accompanying theanswer formstating the facts with respect to the demands of the order and file thecompleted answer withtheclerk of the court. The clerk shall cause a copyof the answer to be mailed promptly to thejudgment creditor and judgment debtor at the addresses listed on the answerform. Theanswer shall be supported by unsworn declaration in the manner set forth on theanswer form.
