Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS
Article 35.--ATTACHMENT AND GARNISHMENT

      61-3513.   Payment of earnings withheld bygarnishee.Thissection shall apply ifthe garnishmentis to attach earnings of the judgment debtor. If no reply is made to theanswer of garnisheewithin 10 days following the date the garnishee hassent the completed answer to the judgment creditor andjudgment debtor, thegarnishee shallpromptly thereafter pay the earnings withheld as indicated on the answer to alljudgmentcreditors designated on the answer in the amount due each as indicated on theanswer, unlessthe garnishee receives prior to such payment an order of the court to thecontrary. If anyjudgment creditor receives more than they are entitled to, that judgmentcreditor shallpromptly pay the excess amount pro-rata to the other judgment creditorsdesignated on the answer, or if no such other judgment creditors aredesignated, the judgment creditor shall promptly pay the excess amount to thejudgment debtor.
