Chapter 61.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL, FOR LIMITED ACTIONS Article 36.--EXECUTIONS

      61-3601.   Stay of proceedings to enforcejudgments.Theprovisions of K.S.A. 60-262,and amendments thereto,shall apply to judgments entered under the code of civil procedure for limitedactions, except as to judgmentsentered in evictionlawsuits under sections K.S.A. 61-3801 through 61-3808, andamendments thereto. A judgmententered in an evictionlawsuit may beenforced as soon as it is entered.
