Appeals from district magistrate judge;notice; assignment.Subjectto therules of the supremecourt of this state, once an appeal is perfected, if the judge from whom suchappeal is takenis a districtmagistrate judge, such judge shall notify the chief judge of the judicialdistrict that theappeal has beenperfected. The chief judge then shall assign the case to a districtjudge to hear theappeal.
